The 17-year-old midfielder, who can also be deployed in defence, is the second player to be promoted from the reserves this season.
Despite only now being permanently promoted from the reserves, Charlie made his first team debut last season, when he came on for the last seven minutes of the game in a 3-1 loss to Holywell Town.
Charlie turned out 10 times in the FAW Reserve League Central last season, scoring four goals.
He also spent last season with Aberystwyth Town U19s from whom he racked up 25 appearances for, scoring four goals.
“Charlie is a young lad who shows loads of promise” said first team manager Gari Lewis. “He has an incredible attitude and we’ve spoken about that maybe he’d like to eventually end up as a centre-back, but he’s come in to play as a central midfielder and maybe a centre-back as well.
He’s looking to learn off of the senior centre halves that we already have, I’m really looking forward to working with Charlie. Croeso i’r clwb Charlie Mann!”
